TERMS OF SERVICE

By commissioning me, you have read & fully understand my terms of service.

✦ COMMERCIAL USE ✦✦ All base prices are for personal use only (PFP, banners, personal prints). If you're using my art to make a profit or brand your channel, please let me know upfront!✦ Streaming & Branding: +50% fee (promotional site assets, etc.)✦ Merch & Reselling: +100% fee (Physical or digital items sold for profit, like shirts, charms, or prints)✦ Note: I retain the copyright to all my work and reserve the right to post it to my social media/portfolio. If you need a completely private piece, an NDA fee will apply.

✦ REFUND POLICY ✦✦ If you need to cancel a commission, refunds are pro-rated based on how much work has already been completed:✦ Before work begins: 100% refund✦ During the sketch/first draft: 50% refund✦ After the sketch is approved: 25% refund✦ Once final rendering has started: Strictly no refunds!

✦ DEADLINES & TIMELINE ✦✦ General Turnaround Time: Commissions typically take 2 to 4 weeks to complete from the date of payment.✦ Complexity: The timeline may vary depending on the complexity of the design (e.g., detailed clothing, props, or full backgrounds). I will keep you updated if your piece requires extra time!✦ Strict Deadlines: I am currently unable to accept projects with strict or rushed deadlines (such as a specific birthday or event date less than a month away). Please plan accordingly when ordering!

✦ EDITS & REVISIONS ✦✦ Included Revisions: I allow 3–4 minor revisions during the sketch stage and base color process. This includes minor corrections to the pose, expression concepts, accessories, or color adjustments.✦ Major or Late Revisions: Any major changes requested after these stages are approved will incur an extra fee scaling from $15 (minimum) to $35, depending on the complexity of the fix.✦ Artist Errors: If I miss or forget a crucial design element that was clearly included in your initial references or description, I will fix it for free at any stage of the commission!✦ Final Output: Strictly no changes will be made once the illustration is finished (unless it is to correct an artist error)

✦ COPYRIGHT & PERMISSIONS ✦✦ Personal Use: Commissioned artwork is for personal use only (social media profile pictures, banners, phone wallpapers). You may print the art for personal merch (like a custom shirt or charm for yourself), but it cannot be sold for profit.✦ Credit: You are free to post your commissioned illustration on your own accounts, provided that I am clearly credited as the artist.✦ Prohibitions: You are not allowed to claim, edit, trace, copy, or modify my artwork under any circumstances without my explicit consent. I do not work with individuals who support NFTs, nor do I accept commissions for the purpose of creating NFTs/AI training.✦ Artist Rights: I retain the right to post your finished commission with my watermark to any of my social media sites or portfolios. If you would prefer your piece to remain private, please let me know beforehand!

✦ HOW TO ORDER & PAYMENT ✦✦ Payment Method: I accept payments through PayPal only (USD).✦ Requirements: Please know exactly what you want beforehand! You must provide a clear written description and/or visual reference pictures when submitting your request.✦ Payment Policy: To secure your commission slot, you may choose to pay either 100% upfront or a 50% deposit.✦ Agreement: Commissioning me means you have fully read and agreed to these Terms of Service! Any request that violates these terms will be canceled immediately.
